Amazon is seeking experienced Design Verification Engineers for the MLA team to design and optimize custom silicon for cloud AI workloads. You will verify SOC designs, integrate IPs, and develop comprehensive test plans and testbenches for Inferentia/Trainium chips in AWS data centers.
You will work with multiple verification platforms, use SystemVerilog/UVM, and mentor junior engineers while contributing to silicon yield and performance improvements on a global scale.
Our Machine Learning Acceleration (MLA) team develops the Inferentia and Trainium SOCs that are used to power today’s AI workloads in datacenters all around the world. As a member of the Cloud-Scale Machine Learning Acceleration team you’ll collaborate with multiple teams to drive improvements in silicon yield and performance. Amazon Web Services powers businesses across 190 countries, with data center locations in the U.S., Europe, Singapore, and Japan. We are seeking experienced Design Verification Engineers to build the next generation of our cloud server chips.
As a member of the Cloud-Scale Machine Learning Acceleration team you’ll be responsible for the design and optimization of custom silicon in our data centers.
Your base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
