• 7+ years of HR generalist and HRBP experience required.
• Supervisory experience and experience in operations/manufacturing environments.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of HR generalist and HRBP experience
• Experience in operations and manufacturing environments
• Supervisory experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with all employee levels
• Knowledge of company policies, HR resources, standards, SOPs, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong administrative skills including communication, calendar management, and workflow prioritization
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Local travel required, with occasional out-of-state travel
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
• Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 annually, determined by experience and skills
