Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Sr. Manager for Global Security Technology to define and lead our security technology strategy across platforms and vendors.

You will drive roadmaps, ensure delivery on time and within scope, and maintain high standards for compliance, stability, and performance. The role requires 8–10 years in security tech leadership, strong stakeholder and vendor management, and experience with governance and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–10 years progressive experience in security technologies; leadership of tech initiatives in regulated environments; stakeholder management.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational delivery; governance, security, and risk management knowledge.
• Enterprise platforms, cloud technologies or large-scale system integrations preferred; modernization success; change-management skills.
• English required; limited travel (10–20% domestically).

Sr. Manager for Global Security Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute global security technology strategies and roadmaps (system modernization, platform optimization).
• Oversee delivery of security technology solutions; ensure projects are on time, within scope, and aligned with quality/compliance.
• Ensure stability, security, and performance of security technology platforms, including vendor/service provider management.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans to deliver value while controlling cost and risk.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of best practices across security technology operations and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Required Experience/Skills: Typically 8–10 years progressive experience in security technologies; proven leadership of technology initiatives in regulated/enterprise environments; strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions; experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational delivery; solid understanding of technology governance, security, and risk management.
• Preferred Experience/Skills: Enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, or large-scale system integrations; success with technology transformation/modernization; strong change-management and communication skills.
• Other: English required; limited travel up to 10–20% primarily domestic.
