Job summary

HCSC is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the programming and related activities of the fsd systems and to provide research or management information data for use by actuarial and other divisions.

The role is a flex (hybrid) position requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience using computer programming systems.
• 5 years supervisory experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience using computer programming systems
• 5 years supervisory experience
• Verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Oracle Suport, Security nad Reporting experience
• Experience implementing change management
• Experience identifying, analyzing, and managing resolutions to potential and realized business and operational issues and impacts
• Experience developing and managing strategies and solutions either by direct or indirect reports via a matrix team structure
• Ensure overall quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of Financial initiatives while engaging and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Creative thinking skills
• Experience providing support to senior staff in process re-engineering and strategic problem-solving
• Experience conducting analyses and developing, executing and communicating strategic and operational impacts
• Experience providing strategic and tactical direction based on quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Working knowledge of HCSC Financial business process model and organizational functions. Plus is knowledge of the regulatory process and health care industry business requirements, processes, functions and drivers
• Working knowledge of data elements and HCSC internal systems such as BlueSTAR, or BlueChip

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

Compensation: $112,200.00 - $202,600.00
