$100,430-$133,050 Position OverviewThe Sr. Manager, Field Training is responsible for designing and leading the deployment of enterprise-wide training initiatives that drive associate engagement, elevate performance, and are aligned with our core values and company objectives. The Senior Manager, Field Training provides guidance and corporate oversight to local Training Managers/Supervisors and facility management. In this capacity, the Sr Manager partners with Operations Leadership and other key stakeholders to drive proper execution and sustainability of training initiatives throughout the organization.
