What You Will Do

Qualifications

• Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 7 years of experience. U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance access.
• Experience with non-recurring or design and development engineering, including Systems and Software Engineering.
• Experience leading a team in a professional environment.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100, AS9145, DO-178, etc.).
• Experience in Continuous Process Improvement methods, Lean Six Sigma, or ASQ certifications.
• Experience in engineering practices.
