Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics or machining apprenticeship
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or manufacturing technician roles.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing engineering tools such as CAD software, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis techniques.
- Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.

- Support manufacturing engineering activities including process development, validation, and improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and manufacturing scale-up.

The salary range for this position is ($59,000.00 - $88,4000.00). Please note that this information serves as a general guideline.
