Job Description:

We are seeking candidates with:

• 6+ years of related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• Assist the Buying department in achieving sales, profit, and inventory goals through planning and analysis
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in planning procedures
• Guide system enhancements related to financial and assortment planning
• Evaluate actions and timelines against organizational values
• Support planning processes, including documentation and training
• Collaborate with CSMs, Merchants, and Buyers to develop plans and analyze trends
• Manage Open To Buy and stay updated on industry trends
• Create ad hoc reports and analysis as needed
• Attend vendor meetings when required
• Understand and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety rules
