About the Role:

As a Senior Medical Science Liaison, you will engage with key opinion leaders and healthcare decision makers to promote our scientific platform, support research, provide clinical and pharmaco-economic presentations, train faculty, and serve as a resource for medical inquiries. The role requires residence in the Boston area and existing relationships with psychiatry/neurology KOLs.

Your Contributions:

• Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs and healthcare stakeholders to facilitate scientific exchange.
• Create and deliver engaging, scientifically sound presentations to promote research initiatives.
• Represent Neurocrine at conferences and symposiums, educating and empowering faculty.
• Engage with KOLs to gather insights and improve educational initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance based on clinical data and emerging trends.
• Ensure all activities adhere to ethical standards and compliance regulations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to organizational growth.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

• PharmD or PhD in health sciences with 4+ years of relevant experience, or MD/DO with 2+ years.
• Motivated, disciplined, and skilled in communication and diplomacy.
• Proficient in territory management and scientific communication plans.
• Experience developing business relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Understanding of drug development and healthcare compliance.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
