Job summary

Envision Horizons is seeking a Sr. Media Manager to own and execute Amazon Search and DSP strategies, partnering with brand stakeholders to drive measurable growth across campaigns.

You will collaborate with creative, DSP, reporting, and SEO specialists to shape cohesive, high-impact initiatives. You will lead a small team of Paid Search and DSP Strategists, guiding performance, optimizations, and client communications, while staying ahead of evolving Amazon tools and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising (Search & DSP).
• 2+ years of agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Expert in Amazon Ads Console, DSP, and analytics tools Pacvue, Perpetua, Skai.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to own client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end advertising strategy across Amazon Search and DSP for a diverse client portfolio.
• Build, optimize, and scale campaigns to exceed KPIs.
• Analyze performance data to inform pivots and growth.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented and driven Sr. Media Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as the strategic and hands-on leader for your clients’ Amazon advertising initiatives. You’ll take full ownership of performance, partner directly with brand stakeholders, and develop bold, data-driven strategies that deliver measurable growth. Working closely with internal specialists across creative, DSP, reporting, and SEO, you’ll help shape cohesive, high-impact campaigns across both Amazon Search and DSP.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Own and manage the end-to-end advertising strategy across Amazon Search and Amazon DSP for a diverse client portfolio
• Take a hands-on approach to campaign management — building, optimizing, and scaling initiatives to exceed KPIs
• Analyze performance data to uncover insights, guide strategic pivots, and drive continuous improvement
• Lead client calls and strategy sessions, serving as a trusted partner and growth advisor
• Stay ahead of Amazon’s evolving ad ecosystem, including beta programs, policy changes, and new platform features
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive alignment between advertising, branding, and retail strategy
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–3 Paid Search and DSP Strategists, setting clear performance expectations, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring high-quality campaign execution and client results.
• Keep clients informed on new Amazon tools and opportunities that can unlock additional growth

What Sets You Apart

• 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising (Search & DSP).
• 2+ years of agency experience, managing multiple client accounts.
• Expert in Amazon Ads Console, DSP, and analytics tools like Pacvue, Perpetua, Skai, or proprietary internal tools.
• Proven success improving ROAS, driving revenue growth, and surpassing performance goals.
