Envision Horizons LLC is seeking a Sr. Media Manager to lead and execute Amazon Search and DSP advertising strategies for a varied client portfolio.

You will own performance, collaborate with brand stakeholders, and drive data-driven growth across projects with support from cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes hands-on campaign management, strong ROAS improvements, and leadership of 2–3 strategists, with a focus on staying ahead of Amazon tools and platform changes.

• 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising (Search & DSP).
• 2+ years of agency experience, managing multiple client accounts.
• Expert in Amazon Ads Console, DSP, and analytics tools like Pacvue, Perpetua, Skai, or proprietary internal tools.
• Proven success improving ROAS, driving revenue growth, and surpassing performance goals.
• Strategic yet hands-on, always willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver results

Role Overview

We're looking for a talented and driven Sr. Media Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as the strategic and hands-on leader for your clients' Amazon advertising initiatives. You'll take full ownership of performance, partner directly with brand stakeholders, and develop bold, data-driven strategies that deliver measurable growth. Working closely with internal specialists across creative, DSP, reporting, and SEO, you'll help shape cohesive, high-impact campaigns across both Amazon Search and DSP.
