Job summary

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) seeks a Senior Windows System Center Configuration Manager Team Lead to support an enterprise-level MECM program in a federal environment. The role covers MECM administration, client health, patch management, and image deployment.

The candidate will lead a team on-site, coordinate activities, and may work longer hours or after-hours support based on mission needs. Top Secret clearance is required for this federal program.

Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive IT systems experience with SCCM/MECM
• At least five SCCM/MECM projects; at least one in the past 3 years
• 5+ years scripting experience (PowerShell preferred)
• 4+ years with Windows 10 or newer in the last 2 years
• 3 years reviewing Nessus reports and creating vulnerability plans
• 4+ years with SQL Server 2016+ in the last 2 years
• 4+ years of Active Directory management (2016/2019/2022/2025)
• 4+ years of Group Policy Management
• Azure Administrator Associate or higher
• DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification

Responsibilities

• Admin MECM infrastructure, client health, and patch management
• Manage workstation images, software packages, and endpoint configurations
• Oversee deployment of updates and vulnerability remediation
• Lead MECM operations, coordinate team activities, and provide on-site support
