Qualifications

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Perform and supervise routine and breakdown inspection, repair, troubleshooting, modification, installation, and commissioning of mechanical equipment such as compressors, cryogenic pumps, gear drives, turbines, vessels, heat exchangers, and expanders.
  • Develop work scopes for equipment repair and overhaul, prepare technical reports, and document information in CMMS (SAP).
  • Provide technical leadership to improve machinery condition and reliability.
  • Offer on-site and remote training and guidance to plant personnel, supporting equipment maintenance.
  • Develop refurbishment procedures and oversee repairs and spare parts replacements based on engineering recommendations.
Location and Travel

This position is residence based, primarily traveling within the North subregion, with potential travel to other areas. The role requires responding to needs 24/7 and involves approximately 70-75% travel. Candidates should reside within 1 hour of a major airport.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, start-up, and commissioning of industrial rotating machinery and plant equipment.
  • High School diploma.
  • Practical knowledge of machinery overhauls and refurbishment.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to work independently, and leadership experience.
  • Supervisory skills and safe work practices.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and travel on short notice.
