Zen Sherpa LLC designs, models, prototypes, and validates mobile mechanical equipment for oil and gas field operations. The role focuses on hydraulic systems, power units, and robust mechanical assemblies to improve reliability.

You'll collaborate with design, manufacturing, fabrication, and field teams to deliver field-ready solutions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure documentation and project delivery meet high standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; master's preferred.
At least five years of mechanical design experience in oil and gas or heavy industrial equipment.
Proficiency with Inventor, Pro-E, or SolidWorks; strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, power units, mechanical assemblies, project delivery, communication, and documentation.
