We are a well-established consulting engineering firm serving the Mountain West, specializing in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology systems for institutional and commercial environments. Your Role

You’ll take a senior leadership role in growing the firm’s Salt Lake City office — leading the team through design and construction, driving business development, and shaping office strategy in close partnership with the firm’s Principals, while staying hands‑on with institutional building mechanical system design.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to internal leadership, office growth, staffing, and strategic planning alongside firm
• Provide overall project oversight, including scope, schedule, and budget management
• Interface directly with clients and end users to understand and document expectations
• Complete project designs and drawings in Revit/CAD, calculations, specifications, equipment selection, site observations, and construction administration

What You’ll Bring

• 4‑year engineering degree from an accredited institution
• PE license or actively working toward one
• Strong expertise in institutional building mechanical systems and applicable national codes, standards, and regulations; Revit proficiency a plus
• Experience managing other in a consulting engineering setting
• Excellent leadership, client management, and business development skills with strong written and verbal communication
• A team‑player mindset with the desire and skill to grow the firm
