Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant engineering experience demonstrating technical mastery
• Proficiency in mechanical and HVAC equipment and piping design
• Strong knowledge of ASME piping and pressure vessel codes, industry standards (ASTM, ASHRAE, ACGIH)
• Experience with pipe stress analysis, including Caesar II software
• Ability to perform and review hydronic, heat, and mass balance calculations, as well as duct and load sizing
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license, passport, and major credit card for travel required

Nice to Have Skills

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification, or working toward it
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary projects, including budget and schedule adherence
• Familiarity with technical specifications, reports, and lead engineering roles
• Field experience including plant construction, system walkdowns, or troubleshooting

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher
• Over 15 years of specialized engineering experience in mechanical/piping design, preferably in Biogas or Process Industries
• Demonstrated leadership in project management and team development
