This job, with minimal supervision, is responsible to design and develop highly complex product and component concepts for release to production in a manner to ensure superior performance, quality, manufacturing, and cost requirements for standard or custom products.

Experience
The target pay rate for this position is between $37.76 - $55.53 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
