Qualifications

• Use hand tools, power tools, and other specialized equipment to perform precise assembly work.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet performance and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and identify issues during the assembly process and recommend corrective measures if needed.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members, engineers, and supervisors to meet production schedules and resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Document assembly processes and maintain records of completed work.
• Metal and exotic material components: Optimize traditional lathes, mills, and 3-5 axis CNC machining centres.

About This Role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler with at least 5 years of hands‑on experience to join our highly skilled team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical components, subassemblies, and systems, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong aptitude for working with tools, blueprints, and technical specifications.

In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is

$32.64 - $48.70 per hour.
