Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Material Manager to lead material planning, forecasting, and inventory strategy across programs. This role ensures master scheduling aligns with MRP while collaborating with Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, Finance, Quality, and Program Management to resolve material issues swiftly.

Responsibilities include supporting EVMS and audits, driving process improvements, and mentoring team members to enhance overall operational performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of material management and planning experience.
• Graduate degree acceptable with 4+ years; without degree requires 10+ years.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and execution.
• Experience with MRP systems, Microsoft Office, and PLM software.
• Experience in the DOD manufacturing space.
• Familiarity with EVMS or CAM.

Job Description

The Sr. Specialist, Material Manager leads material planning, forecasting, inventory strategy, and supply chain risk management for various programs. This person will be working the master schedule aligning to the MRP. They work across Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, Finance, Quality, and Program Management to ensure materials are available and issues are resolved quickly. The role also supports EVMS, audits, process improvements, and mentoring while helping improve overall operational performance.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ YOE with material management, production planning, order management, financial forecasting and budgeting.
• If Graduate degree they require 4+ years of experience, and if no degree 10+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and execution
• Experience with MRP systems, Microsoft Suites and PLM software's.
• Experience within the DOD manufacturing space.
• Experience with EVMS or CAM
