What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across various channels to promote CRM Patient Monitoring products
- Monitor and analyze marketing investment returns, tracking metrics to optimize performance
- Provide consulting support for the Patient Care Systems Functional Unit regarding customer preferences and market strategies
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and gather physician input to influence remote monitoring strategies
- Collaborate with global and regional partners to communicate marketing initiatives and launch timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and market trends
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA
- Experience translating business objectives into effective marketing initiatives
- Ability to balance multiple product portfolios and drive successful initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in office suite software, including Excel and PowerPoint
