BD in San Diego is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist, Infusion Systems, to drive downstream marketing and coordinate campaigns, launches and field enablement. You’ll support materials routing, asset management, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities include campaign execution, product launch support, competitive intelligence, and sales support activities.

As Sr Marketing Specialist, Infusion Systems, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the success of Medication Administration portfolio. You’ll drive strategic Retain/Evolve and Grow marketing initiatives that allow operational execution of downstream marketing activities by coordinating projects, managing marketing assets and workflows, supporting field teams, tracking business performance, and ensuring flawless execution of campaigns, launches, events, and sales enablement initiatives.
Routing materials through review and approval systems, managing content expiration dates and asset updates, maintaining content libraries, coordinating legal, regulatory, and compliance approvals, tracking budget spend against plan, maintaining marketing plan & Monday.com project timelines and status reports
Responding to field requests for materials and presentations, coordinating monthly all-hands training content and newsletter, updating sales tools, competitive battlecards, and FAQs, managing literature inventory and fulfillment requests, supporting sales meeting logistics, preparing routine customer-facing presentations, tracking competitive intelligence submissions from the field
Pulling sales reports, updating dashboards, creating PowerPoint slides for leadership reviews, maintaining KPI trackers, analyzing campaign performance data, building monthly business review reports, monitoring forecast assumptions
Creating launch checklists, tracking launch deliverables and deadlines, coordinating training schedules, managing sample requests, ensuring launch assets are uploaded and distributed, tracking launch readiness metrics
Loading and testing email campaigns, proofreading marketing collateral, managing webinar logistics and registrations, coordinating conference booth materials and shipping, tracking campaign metrics and preparing scorecards, updating website content and digital assets, managing lead lists and routing processes
Conducting basic competitive research, monitoring competitor announcements and social channels, creating monthly competitive summary reports, gathering customer feedback from surveys and field teams, pulling market data for business reviews, maintaining competitive intelligence repositories
Bachelor’s degree required. At least 1 years of direct marketing experience within a global matrixed organization At least 3 years of professional work experience At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
