The Middle Mile Marketing team is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Operations (Ops) Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts. The Senior Marketing Ops Manager specializing in Adobe Marketo will be responsible for partnering with marketing stakeholders on strategies aligned with overall business objectives, overseeing marketing operations, and driving scalable, data-driven marketing initiatives across Relay and AFP. They will play a pivotal role in enhancing our WW marketing technology, requiring a deep understanding of Marketo's capabilities and a strategic mindset to optimize its use across the marketing funnel. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining complex marketing automation workflows, developing lead scoring models, and creating personalized campaigns for diverse audiences. Ensuring data quality, maintaining compliance with international privacy regulations, and innovating marketing automation strategies are crucial.
