Job Requirements
  1. 8+ years of experience in Paid Search (SEM) managing direct response or acquisition marketing campaigns with an international scope, preferably for a direct-to-consumer subscription service or within the media & entertainment industry.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills (both written and verbal) to drive recommendations and articulate tradeoffs.
  3. Ability to explain complex issues and communicate plans effectively to senior executives.
  4. Excellent time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  5. Proficiency in using data and metrics to support assumptions, identify root causes, and discover opportunities.
