This role will play a critical role in expanding MCF and Buy with Prime's presence across Amazon’s merchant facing owned and operated (O&O) platforms as well as lead the development and execution of a robust webinar program for MCF and BwP. You will champion marketing programs from ideation to execution, touching across all stages of the customer lifecycle from driving awareness, product adoption, engagement and customer experience. If you are organized, analytical, detailed oriented, and data driven, and have a history of getting things done this is a great role for you. This is a highly visible role and this marketer will have opportunities to regularly present program plans, results, and learning to senior leadership teams.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute roadmap for enhancing Buy with Prime (BwP) and Multi-Channel Fulfillment's (MCF) presence across Amazon’s merchant owned & operated platforms.
- Work closely with internal and external product and engineering teams to deliver new products and services.
- Negotiate, develop, drive and manage execution of strategic partnerships internal merchant facing teams.
- Analyze performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns across the market, customer segment and lifecycle stages, seeking ways to improve performance and deliver insights to key stakeholders
- Proactively identify new channel opportunities and help raise the bar by instrumenting mechanisms, teaching processes and introducing initiatives that drive both efficiency and improve speed to market.
- Work with internal and external teams mainly content, design, product marketing, legal and sales to create and execute a robust webinar program touching across all stages of MCF and BwP customers.
- Partner with data science and measurement teams to ensure accurate attribution and performance tracking across the initiatives.

MCF represents the core fulfillment capability of Buy with Prime (BwP), a new business initiative for Amazon.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management abilities
- 3+ years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing.
- Proven experience of delivering successful one to many customer engagement programs like webinars.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
- Deep knowledge of Amazon's merchant facing platforms like Seller Central, Seller Mobile App, Vendor Central.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
