The ideal candidate brings a combination of strong analytical capabilities, advanced PowerPoint storytelling, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage projects from start to finish.

Approximately 50% of the role will focus on data collection, cleaning, validation, and analysis, while the remaining 50% will focus on synthesizing findings, developing executive presentations, and communicating strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Digital Analytics
  • Collect, clean, validate, and consolidate marketing and digital data from multiple sources, including web analytics, first-party data, research, sales, and external agencies.
  • Analyze marketing performance to identify trends, key performance drivers, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Investigate data discrepancies, validate accuracy, and proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting processes.
  • Utilize existing Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics platforms to extract, interpret, and present data.
  • Support recurring reporting, dashboard maintenance, and ad hoc analytical requests.
Executive Reporting & Data Storytelling
  • Develop polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate insights, trends, and recommendations.
  • Create compelling headlines, charts, and visualizations that simplify complex information for senior leadership.
  • Go beyond reporting metrics to explain the why behind performance and the broader business implications.
  • Develop clear, concise narratives that connect analytical findings to strategic business decisions.
  • Ensure all presentations and deliverables are accurate, visually polished, and easy to understand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Ownership
  • Partner with internal Marketing, Sales, Product, IT, and external agency teams to gather data, validate findings, and support business objectives.
  • Independently manage projects from initial data collection through final analysis and presentation development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business questions, investigate findings, and recommend next steps.
  • Proactively anticipate project needs, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve data quality, and increase operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, business insights, or a closely related field.
  • Previous experience operating at a senior or manager-level capacity, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and digital performance metrics, data analysis, and business insights.
  • Demonstrated experience combining disparate datasets, cleaning information, and validating data accuracy.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, with proven experience creating executive-level presentations, compelling visualizations, and clear data-driven narratives.
  • Strong proficiency with Tableau or comparable analytics and visualization platforms.
  • Experience using Power BI, particularly extracting and interpreting information from existing dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or comparable digital analytics platforms.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into meaningful business recommendations.
  • Experience presenting analytical findings to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to produce polished deliverables and manage competing priorities with minimal direction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience within an agency environment, particularly developing client-facing analytics, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Experience within automotive, financial services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other large enterprise environments.
  • SQL experience for querying, combining, or manipulating data.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or other data analysis and automation tools.
  • Exposure to Profound AI or emerging analytics platforms.
  • Experience working with customer research, consumer insights, survey data, or satisfaction studies.
  • Familiarity with statistical methods, including segmentation, regression, or forecasting.
  • Experience presenting insights to global or international executive audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
