POSITION OVERVIEW

We\'re seeking a collaborative and entrepreneurial Marketing Sr. Manager to drive our brand\'s growth through strategic marketing initiatives and compelling storytelling. This part-time role (~25 hours/week) is perfect for an experienced marketer who thrives in a hands-on environment and can articulate the financial impact of marketing investments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for natural products, sustainability, and building authentic connections with our community while working closely with cross-functional teams to amplify our mission.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Execute and update comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our B-Corp values and business objectives
  • Lead brand positioning initiatives to differentiate Essential Oxygen in the natural products marketplace
  • Collaborate with leadership to define go-to-market strategies for new product launches
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, and report on the Voice of the Customer
Content Creation & Copywriting
  • Write compelling copy for all marketing channels including website, e-commerce platforms, campaigns, social media, and advertising
  • Create authentic brand storytelling that resonates with our sustainability-focused audience
  • Uses AI-powered design tools to accelerate creative asset production
  • Develop educational content that highlights product benefits and usage applications
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints, give guidance and refine contractor deliverables
Web, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Support
  • Partner with the E-Commerce Manager and graphic designer to optimize content and brand messaging across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify platforms
  • Collaborate with Social Media lead to develop and execute email marketing campaigns, social media content, influencer, blog posts, and community engagement from strategy through execution and analysis
  • Optimize and manage Shopify storefront content, product images, approve blog posts and overall design to maximize conversions, enhance brand look and feel, and deliver a seamless customer experience
Analytics
  • Mine Shopify and Google Analytics for consumer behavior insights
  • Build robust tracking systems to measure monthly campaign performance and ROI for KPIs
  • Present clear financial impact analyses of marketing investments to leadership
  • Use data insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies and budget allocation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with E-Commerce on marketplace optimization and advertising strategies
  • Collaborate with Finance to develop marketing budgets and track performance metrics
  • Partner with People & Culture on employer branding initiatives
  • Support trade show planning and execution as needed
  • Launch new products in partnership with Product Development and E-Commerce
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG, natural products, or purpose-driven brands
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (primarily Shopify)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable ROI
  • Experience with marketing automation, AI, and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to generate assets using AI
  • Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills across multiple formats and channels
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, email platforms, social media insights)
  • Experience with digital marketing channels including email, social media, SEO, and paid advertising (tools include Klaviyo)
  • Provide guidance and oversight of all marketing efforts, to ensure polished content and cohesive strategies that elevate the brand
  • Demonstrated ability to present marketing performance and financial impact to leadership
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional, entrepreneurial environments
  • Passion and deep knowledge of sustainability, natural products, and B-Corp values
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, who works independently and is comfortable with both taking and giving direction and feedback
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Background in natural products, wellness, B-Corp, or sustainability sectors
  • Experience driving marketing growth at a startup or small enterprise where you directly impacted business outcomes
  • Experience with marketing automation, AI, and CRM systems
WHAT WE OFFER
  • Competitive Part-Time Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 annually (prorated for 25 hours/week) DOE

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds for travel/equipment transport
