Job description

The Sr. Marketing Communication Specialist executes EdgeEndo’s social media and email marketing strategies, and plays a pivotal part in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that connect with our audience and deliver measurable results. This individual will create compelling marketing content aligned with brand guidelines across various platforms including digital advertising, website content, email, social media, and print collateral to ensure consistent, impactful messaging throughout all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for EdgeEndo’s social media presence, driving growth and brand awareness across all relevant channels.

• Create, curate, and consistently publish high-quality content that engages our target audience, builds brand affinity, and strengthens our digital presence.

• Actively engage with EdgeEndo’s online community, fostering connections and creating a welcoming and informative space for followers and customers.

• Identify instances of our products being shared by users across social media and reshare this content to our platforms, showcasing authentic customer experiences.

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional, educational, and nurturing sequences.

• Write compelling email copy and collaborate with designers to create visually appealing templates.

• Segment and personalize email lists for targeted messaging and improved open and conversion rates.

• Optimize email performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and deliverability best practices.

• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content, strategy, and community-building efforts, using insights to refine and optimize future initiatives.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with EdgeEndo’s broader brand goals.

Specific Knowledge and Skills

• Experience leading social media and email campaigns that drive eCommerce sales

• Expert level understanding of core social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as a deep understanding of platforms targeting B2B professionals in the healthcare space

• Significant experience growing social channels and profiles with follower’s representative of the target customer base

• Experience with social media publishing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Sprinklr, Sprout, or similar)

• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, or similar)

• Experience working within the healthcare industry

• Broad and wide range of professional and managerial skills with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures

• Use skills to lead teams to achieve company goals in creative and effective ways

• Communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders

• Ability to Influence, build relationships, navigate politics and manage conflicts

• Understand, interpret and act on financial information that contributes to business profitability

• Ability to plan and manage successful projects, manage risks, costs, time and project teams

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

This is a remote position. This role routinely uses equipment such as laptops and cellular phones. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Travel Requirements:

This position requires travel up to 20%

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in communications, marketing, public relations or a related discipline.

• 4-5 years of experience leading B2B social media strategy supporting both brand and growth initiatives

The posted range for this position is $62,305 to $97,352 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
