Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Sr. Marketing Analyst to drive market intelligence, forecasting, and executive reporting in a hybrid role based in North Andover, MA. You will partner with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Finance to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

This role is hybrid and based in North Andover, MA.**Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain market intelligence frameworks that support strategic planning, business development, and commercial decision-making.* Leverage internal and external data sources to identify market trends, demand signals, competitive activity, and growth opportunities across key industry verticals.* Conduct market sizing, segmentation, growth-rate analysis, and competitive market share assessments utilizing multiple research methodologies and data sources.* Develop and maintain long-range market forecasts and business outlooks by integrating internal performance data with external market indicators and industry research.* Partner with business platforms, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to evaluate market opportunities and assess business performance against industry benchmarks.* Design, develop, and continuously improve executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into market conditions, demand trends, competitive performance, and forecast assumptions.* Create compelling data visualizations and executive-level presentations that translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.* Monitor and evaluate economic indicators, construction market activity, industry trends, and competitive developments impacting Watts' business segments.* Manage relationships with external research providers and syndicated data sources to ensure accurate, timely, and relevant market intelligence.* Develop analytical methodologies and processes that improve the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of market data collection, forecasting, and reporting.* Support annual strategic
