Position: Sr. Manufacturing Process Engineer

Duties:
  1. Develop, implement, ramp, and continuously improve various advanced electromechanical processes used to assemble and test probe cards.
  2. Lead efforts in optimizing the test and assembly processes through statistical analysis of manufacturing operations data and hands-on testing, exploring new technologies.
  3. Interact with tooling vendors to integrate new hardware that improves quality and reduces testing costs.
  4. Demonstrate engineering process ownership, test methodology development, and implement processes for complex products.
  5. Support failure analysis investigations and drive containment and corrective actions.
  6. Create test recipes for optical and electrical metrology systems for new and existing parts.
  7. Manage manufacturing metrics such as yield, cycle time, and key performance indicators.
  8. Monitor process health, support production, and collaborate with internal and external groups to enhance quality.
  9. Perform statistical analysis and generate analytical reports.
  10. Work with internal teams to update manufacturing execution systems and support applications.
  11. Manage sourcing and qualification of new equipment to enhance safety, quality, and capacity.
  12. Utilize SPC tools for process monitoring.
  13. Lead cross-functional activities for new product introduction and lifecycle management.
Education Required:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Special Requirements:
  • Advanced coursework or project experience in failure analysis, modeling, and validation.
  • Experience creating test recipes on optical and electrical metrology systems.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and reporting.
  • Experience managing process improvement projects within internal teams.
  • Knowledge of SPC tools like DOE and SOPs.
  • Ability to provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Salary:

$118,810 to $135,700 per year
