Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to develop detailed 2D Manufacturing Work Instructions from 3D CAD models and BOMs for aerospace production. You will create and maintain tool matrices, support Solumina MES migrations, and collaborate across Engineering, Quality, Production, and IT to ensure AS9100 compliance.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and hands-on experience with PLM tools (Teamcenter, Windchill) and SOLIDWORKS

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering required.
• Experience creating 2D MWI from 3D CAD models, drawings and BOMs.
• Experience with Solumina MES and PLM tools (Teamcenter, Windchill).

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D Manufacturing Work Instructions (MWI) from 3D CAD models, drawings, and BOMs for aerospace processes.
• Develop and maintain Tool Matrix Lists (tooling, fixtures, gauges, equipment) for production.
• Support Solumina MES conversion, implementation, and data migration (routings, process plans, docs).

• Support Solumina MES conversion, implementation, and data migration activities, including routings, process plans, and manufacturing documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and IT teams to ensure manufacturing processes comply with AS9100 and customer requirements.
• Validate manufacturing documentation, manage engineering changes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
