Job summary

Fluke in Everett, WA, seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and improve processes, equipment, and production systems that transform raw materials into finished products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field; ABET accredited university preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering.
  • Experience with pressure systems, controls, and hardware.
  • Able to analyze large datasets and perform root cause analysis.
  • Present information to leadership and collaborate with engineers and operators.

  • Provide information for drafting and documentation.
  • Support manufacturing personnel and production equipment.
  • Analyze test data and collaborate with technical resources on problem solving.

Job DescriptionResponsibility may include design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, tools, and production systems used to convert raw materials into finished products. Partners with product development and operations teams to ensure products can be manufactured safely, efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Analyzes manufacturing performance, resolves technical issues, and drives continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and process capability. Conduct feasibility studies, Gage R&R, time studies, and tests new and modified designs.
