We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Process Coordinator to lead and develop manufacturing processes for both new and existing products, focusing on improving productivity, safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role involves collaborating with engineering, sales, and quality teams to manage equipment needs, tooling, and technical issues. Key responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, developing manufacturing plans, implementing cost-saving and quality improvements, and ensuring ISO documentation compliance. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical), at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD 3D and MS Office. This position is suited for a self-motivated individual eager to drive initiatives and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety Leadership: Champion a safety-first approach, ensuring all projects meet safety standards.
2. Process Innovation: Design and refine manufacturing processes for new projects, managing equipment procurement and tooling.
3. Efficiency & Quality: Implement cost-saving measures and quality enhancements using new technologies, automation, and lean practices.
4. Problem Solving: Address technical challenges on the shop floor and collaborate with the Quality Department for effective solutions.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to foster a proactive manufacturing environment.
6. Documentation & Standardization: Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, ensuring ISO compliance and clear routings.
