Job summary
Insight Global seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive new product launches, develop and deploy manufacturing technologies, and lead continuous improvement across operations. You will work with Product Development, Operations, and Quality to optimize production while maintaining quality and safety standards.
The role requires 5+ years in engineering, a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering, and experience with NPI and regulated environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in relevant engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree mechanical, electrical or manufacturing engineering.
- Experience with NPI Manufacturing.
- Experience with machine/process design and deployment into production.
- Exposure with manual assembly.
- Proficiency with CAD.
- Experience working with a regulated background.

You’ll collaborate with Product Development, Operations, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to develop processes that support innovative new products while optimizing production, enhancing cost efficiency, and maintaining a commitment to quality and safety standards.
