Job summary

Panduit is seeking a Senior Extrusion Process Engineer to lead profile extrusion operations, developing processes and tooling from concept to implementation. You will optimize parameters and collaborate with design teams to ensure extrusion compatibility with new products.

Ideal candidates have 5-8 years in plastic profile extrusion, strong engineering foundations, and proven ability to drive productivity and OEE improvements. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in plastic profile extrusion production.
• Proficiency in extrusion principles and extrusion tool construction.

As a Senior Extrusion Process Engineer, you'll spearhead the design and enhancement of profile extrusion equipment, processes, and tooling, adhering to rigorous engineering standards. Preferred degree in Polymer/Plastics discipline.* **Experience**: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in plastic profile extrusion production, including optimizing extrusion processes and creating process recipes for extruded products.* **Skills**: Proficiency in scientific principles of extrusion process and extrusion tool construction.
