Job summary

Search Masters seeks a seasoned Engineer to develop and refine manufacturing processes and routings with a focus on continuous improvement. You will drive productivity across operations and support machine shop, assembly, and test areas by implementing optimized processes and tooling solutions.

The role involves designing tooling and fixtures for assembly and CNC applications, along with creating detailed work instructions and fixture design documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in assembly or CNC manufacturing.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, with focus on tooling and fixture design.
