What You Will Do

• Design, control, and improve the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team
• Improve cycle and lead times
• Implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
• Create and oversee improvement projects
• Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
• Perform hardware defect analysis
• Participate in corrective action investigations

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with work instructions in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with a shop floor management system (e.g., SAP, PRISM, ERP, MRP or similar manufacturing software)
• Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (preference for CREO/ProE) and mechanical aptitude across disciplines
• Experience with automated tooling, machinery and programming, including adjusting software parameters on production or process equipment to fix problems or improve performance
• Technical drawing interpretation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and experience with technical writing
• Experience with project execution
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and an innovative mindset that drives continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and adaptation to new technologies

Benefits

Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD (estimate based on experience and other factors)

Benefits are dependent on the specific business unit and collective‑bargaining agreement, if applicable.
