Amazon Shipping is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to build and lead our WW SWA Sales Operations team. This team's objective is to optimize and enable the sales organization for maximum productivity and revenue generation. Core Sales Ops focus areas include measuring and optimizing the sales funnel through data-driven sales analytics, defining and refining shipper cohort targets, optimizing tools and systems, setting sales targets and enabling target attainment, implementing customer activation and retention strategies, providing day-to-day sales enablement support to the WW Commercial teams and driving cross-functional alignment across SWA.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership
    • Creates and executes long-term strategic vision for global sales operations
    • Demonstrates ability to translate corporate strategy into operational excellence
    • Track record of driving transformational change across complex organizations
    • Experience building and optimizing sales processes across multiple regions

    • Deep understanding of sales methodology and best practices
    • Strong financial acumen and experience managing large P&Ls

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7+ years of team management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $157,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $260,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
