Sr. Manager, Wealth Advisor - Schwab Wealth Advisory

As a Sr. Manager, Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you will join a premier, fee-based, and non-discretionary investment advisory team. You will provide clients with personalized service, ongoing advice, and a fiduciary relationship built on Schwab’s investing approach. You will have a direct impact on clients’ lives by helping them manage complex portfolios and achieve their financial goals, utilizing a broad range of products such as stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and options trading. You will work within an experienced, collaborative team, deepen relationships with industry-leading advisors, and have opportunities to mentor junior team members. This role is ideal for those looking to develop their wealth management expertise in a supportive environment that encourages growth and client-focused service.

What you have

Required Qualifications

  • CFP or CFA designation
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment)
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 66 license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment)
  • Five or more years of advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios for clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Five or more years of direct client experience in the financial services industry (highly preferred)

Compensation

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
