Pay range: USD $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 / Year

As a Sr. Manager, Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you will join a premier, fee-based, and non-discretionary investment advisory solution. You will provide clients with personal relationships, specialized service, and ongoing advice based on Schwab's investment approach. You will directly impact clients' lives, working as a fiduciary within a dedicated SWA team to deliver an exceptional client experience. SWA's advice philosophy empowers you to utilize a broad range of products (stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, options trading), enabling you to assist clients with complex portfolios and help them achieve their goals. You will grow within an experienced, collaborative team, deepen relationships with various partners, including industry-leading advisors, and have opportunities to mentor junior SWA team members. What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • CFP designation or CFA designation
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment)
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 66 license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment)
  • Five or more years of advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios for clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five or more years working directly with clients in the financial services industry, highly preferred

Additional Compensation: In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
