Schneider National is seeking a sales professional to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate will source new opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities while managing key customer relationships. A preference is given to candidates with a technical background and strong communication skills.

He / She will also be focused, goal-oriented, and capable of handling business-related pressure with challenging targets. Should possess a digital mindset.
The candidate should be able to multitask, assign priorities, and take ownership of assigned goals.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
Make 25+ effective calls daily and ensure proper attention to every channel & related accounts.
Manage and grow the targeted list of customers assigned in the geographic territory.
Should have the ability to multitask and handle conflicts in the business.
Ability to work independently under minimal direction.
Regular follow-up with prospective customers, explain details of the different SE products and services offered, and convince them to buy the products.
Impressive personality and ability to convince clients. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of confidence. Possess good analytical skills.
Should be proficient in handling CRM software and other common computer software such as PowerPoint, MS Word, Outlook, and MS Excel. Accurately document all stages of the sales process in Salesforce CRM / Excel.
B.Tech in Electrical, ECE, Instrumentation, or similar industry background is preferable.
