Reporting to the Head of Global Theatrical PR, this leader will be responsible for crafting complex, multi-faceted PR strategies that drive cultural conversation, build anticipation, and maximize impact from production through theatrical release and awards.

As Sr. Manager, Theatrical PR, you will build, lead, and inspire a team of publicists while working collaboratively across marketing, distribution, awards, and international teams to deliver integrated campaigns that serve both creative and business objectives. • Manage crisis communications and issues management, developing messaging and response strategies that protect the studio's reputation and mitigate financial risk
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key entertainment, consumer, and cultural media across digital, print, and broadcast platforms
  • Partner closely with marketing, distribution, awards, international, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, integrated campaigns
  • Oversee campaign budgets, agency partnerships, and vendor relationships, ensuring efficient and impactful allocation of resources
  • Develop campaign plans, messaging frameworks, press materials, and executive communications
  • Lead and develop strategic PR activations at major festivals, conventions, premieres, and industry events
  • Stay ahead of the evolving media and cultural landscape, identifying emerging platforms, voices, and opportunities to amplify campaigns
