Netflix, Inc. seeks a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning for Eyeline, Interpositive, and the Animation Inkubator, units driving production innovation across a global footprint.
You will guide forecasting, headcount, KPIs, and investment analyses, partnering cross-functionally to optimize performance and scalability while upholding Netflix’s high standards.
The Studio Financial Planning & Analysis team is seeking a talented FP&A Senior Manager to support Eyeline, Interpositive, and the Animation Inkubator. These represent Netflix’s key investments in production innovation: Eyeline is a large‑scale VFX, Generative FX, and Virtual Production innovation company; Interpositive is a filmmaking and editorial AI innovation company; and the Animation Inkubator is a team creating animated shorts and specials using experimental, creative‑led, GenAI‑native production pipelines. This Senior Manager will play a key role in driving financial planning, providing strategic insights, and partnering cross‑functionally to support the growth and operational excellence of these business units across our global footprint.
Candidates are required to be highly analytical & strategic and be strong, effective communicators. A sound understanding of related accounting guidance is required. The successful candidate must display initiative in anticipating and exceeding the business demands of senior‑level executives, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics.
The compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not offer bonuses. The salary range for this role is $325,000–$500,000. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family‑forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full‑time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. Full‑time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off.
