Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Account Performance to provide analytical and strategic support to the sales organization. The role analyzes sales performance, identifies trends, and delivers insights to optimize sales effectiveness and business results.

Responsibilities include supporting account plans, monitoring brand performance, and leading a team of up to five regional direct reports, with a hybrid work model and competitive compensation.

Annual Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000
