Job DescriptionPosition SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for designing, building, supporting, and modernizing enterprise integrations and Oracle-based solutions that power critical Finance, Procurement, HR, Customer Incentive, and Corporate Services capabilities.This role combines people leadership, delivery ownership, architecture oversight, and hands-on technical leadership. The ideal candidate is an experienced engineering leader who can drive strategic business outcomes while remaining deeply engaged in solution design, integration architecture, Oracle PaaS development, and complex PL/SQL implementations.This position will lead engineers across Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle PaaS, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, event-driven integrations, data transformation platforms, and enterprise modernization initiatives. The leader will partner closely with Product, Program, Architecture, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that advance the organization's transformation roadmap.This role is based out of our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC.
