Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field.
  • Significant experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Experience leading engineering and operations teams.
  • Strong knowledge of LEAN and Six Sigma.

  • Provide direction to exempt specialists and non-exempt employees.
  • Coordinate across functional areas to achieve objectives.
