Position Summary

Vallen's Integrated Supply Senior Site Manager is responsible for managing staff within a customer location, driving program growth, and ensuring positive, profitable customer relationships aligned with Vallen’s financial and business objectives.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide leadership to onsite customer teams providing Integrated Supply solutions, including staff management duties such as interviewing, hiring, coaching, and enforcing policies.
2. Achieve sales and profitability goals for local integrated supply sites.
3. Drive contractual customer commitments, including cost savings and KPIs.
4. Manage P&L to meet or exceed budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

1. 5+ years in supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or similar industry; experience with indirect materials is a plus.
2. Preferred 3+ years in staff management with proven leadership skills.
3. Strong customer relationship development skills.
4. Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing applications where Vallen products and solutions can deliver cost savings.
5. Financial and business acumen, with ability to interpret P&L statements.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and technical aptitude for learning company-specific software.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Work may involve extreme temperatures, dusty conditions, handling hazardous materials, operating warehouse equipment, and physical activities such as lifting, standing, walking, and climbing. Overtime and irregular shifts may be required, with accommodations considered for disabilities.
