Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale SAP implementations, leading global, multidisciplinary teams, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders. This role demands strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and expertise in navigating complex ERP transformations to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end execution of the SAP transformation, aligning with organizational goals, timelines, and industry standards.
2. Partner with executives, business units, IT teams, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Manage global, cross-functional teams, including employees, contractors, and consultants.
4. Optimize resource utilization, control costs, and ensure timely project delivery.
5. Identify risks, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies.
6. Provide regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of project management experience, with 5+ years leading large SAP transformation projects.
• 5+ years managing teams, focusing on leadership and development.
• Proven track record in ERP implementations within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams of employees, contractors, and consultants.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and related technologies; proficiency in project methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid; experience with tools such as JIRA.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills for multi-million-dollar projects.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP cloud solutions like SAP BTP and SAP Analytics Cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of data migration, system integration, and SAP business process reengineering.
• Understanding of IT governance, compliance, and security standards.
• Experience with change management and business process transformation.
• SAP certifications such as SAP S/4HANA Project Manager, SAP Activate, PMP, or equivalent are advantageous.
