A leading real estate technology company is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Learning & Development to oversee training and development for Rentals and New Construction sales teams. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years in L&D, experience in sales enablement, and a passion for developing scalable training programs. We’re hiring a passionate and agile Senior Manager of Sales Learning & Development focused on our Rentals and New Construction line of businesses. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Learning and Development, you’ll be the leader for all things sales L&D within Rentals Sales and New Construction, shaping the onboarding, upskilling, and leadership journey for two of our fastest-growing revenue engines in partnership with your team of learning professionals.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions. In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $139,800.00 - $223,200.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to those locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
