A Day in the Life
Make your impact by exploring a career with the world’s leading Medical Device company, striving “to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.” Sr. Manager, Customer Training supporting the Surgical Innovations business manages the US HugoTM and IllumisiteTM customer training execution team and US training centers. The role will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders to align on US HugoTM and IllumisiteTM customer training strategy, execution plans, and performance metrics. The US Customer Training Manager will work closely with the US Sales Teams, US Surgeon Training Lead, Global Medical Education, US Sales Training, Medical Directors, KOLS, and Training Center Partners to determine critical strategies and execution plans to deliver customer training to support US US HugoTM and IllumisiteTM system installation and lifecycle.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$141,600.00 - $212,400.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
