Job summary

Pluralsight seeks a Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations to translate GTM strategy into scalable Salesforce systems, processes, and data. You will own the RevOps roadmap, coach analysts and admins, and partner with Sales, Partner, Digital, IT, and data governance teams to align work with company goals.

You will drive data quality, territory integrity, and forecasting workflows, shaping how reps operate day-to-day and guiding investments in tooling and processes.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Sales, Revenue, or GTM Operations.
  • 4+ years managing analysts and/or admins in RevOps.
  • 4+ years Salesforce experience; CPQ or related quoting tool experience is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM consolidations and/or CPQ implementations.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart for requirements documentation.
  • Hands-on knowledge of revenue tools: Gainsight, Gong, ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet.
  • Strong Excel and Salesforce reporting skills; Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the RevOps team and own the roadmap and backlog in Salesforce.
  • Translate go-to-market strategy into scalable system, data, and process requirements.
  • Coach analysts and admins to deliver on priorities with impact.

You will own the RevOps roadmap, set priorities based on business impact, and coach a team of analysts and admins to deliver. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors.
